With over 20 years of experience behind the drumset, Mark has developed a diverse skillset on his instrument that has enabled him to perform and record with bands in the Jazz, Rock, Pop, Funk, and Blues genres.
Mark holds a Bachelors of Arts in Ethnomusicology (with an emphasis in Jazz Studies) from the University of California Los Angeles and currently works as a professional drummer, playing with musicians based in the Portland metro area.
